New York State Chapter of HIMSS

The New York HIMSS Chapter invites you to be a sponsor to help support our Chapter and its members with the provision of education, information, networking and communication activities. We have developed two types of sponsors; an Annual Sponsor (July – June) and an Event Sponsor. The following provides additional information, sponsor program value and cost of each program option.

Annual Sponsor

An Annual Sponsorship will be an opportunity for a sponsor to engage with the chapter for a fiscal year (July – June). The Annual Sponsorship will allow the sponsoring organization the opportunity to be involved and support all NY HIMSS sponsored events. If an event is co-sponsored by the Chapter, Sponsorship involvement will be determined on a case by case basis. The NY Chapter will keep its sponsors informed about available opportunities through a series of communications with Sponsor Contacts.
The Annual Sponsorship will provide an opportunity for a sponsor to:
- Post Company Logo and Bio on NY HIMSS web site Sponsor Page
- Post Company Logo on e-Newsletter
- 1 Annual Membership to the Chapter
- **Platinum Sponsorship to all NY HIMSS Chapter Sponsored Events**

Event Sponsor

Each event will vary in size and scope. Due to the nature and scope of the event, the offering, value and cost will be determined at an event by event level.
Currently, the NY HIMSS Chapter is focused on developing the mini-HIMSS event – “HIT Gets Personal: Consumer-Centric HIT”. The following information describes the sponsorship opportunities for this event. The program is divided into 3 tiers; Platinum, Gold and Silver.
- Platinum
  - Sponsorship Includes:
    - Tabletop Exhibit – in Exhibit room and in Welcome Area.
    - Video Wall Advertisement at the registration area.
    - Full page advertisement in Sponsor Book
    - Listing in all local and national event announcements and program materials
    - Receipt of 6 guest passes
    - Announcement of Sponsorship
  - There are 3 different Platinum Sponsor Options, each option has additional value that is described below.
    - Welcome Sponsor - $8,000 – Limit of 1 Sponsor
      - Logo on Attendee badges
      - Welcome Package – company bio, marketing material, service offering (to be provided by Vendor)
      - Exclusive Tabletop in Exhibit Room and the Welcome Area of Event.
    - Breakfast Sponsor - $4,000 – Limit 2 Sponsors per Day
      - Exclusive Tabletop in Exhibit Room and the Welcome Area of Event
      - Exclusive Tabletop in the Breakfast Area
    - Lunch Sponsor - $7,500 – Limit 1 Sponsor
      - Exclusive Tabletop in Exhibit Room and the Welcome Area of Event
      - Exclusive Tabletop on the Lunch Area
- Gold
  - Sponsorship Includes:
    - Small Video Wall Advertisement
    - Half Page Advertisement in Sponsor Book
    - Listing in all local and national event announcements an program materials
    - Receipt of 4 Guest Passes
    - Announcement of Sponsorship
  - There are 3 different Gold Sponsor Options, each option has additional value as defined below.
    - Cocktail Reception - $4,000 – Limit 2 Sponsors
      - Exclusive Tabletop in the Reception Area
    - Morning Break - $3,500 – Limit of 2 sponsors per day
      - Exclusive Tabletop in the Break Area
    - Afternoon Break - $3,500 – Limit of 2 sponsors on Day 1
      - Exclusive Tabletop in the Break Area
- Silver
  - Sponsorship Includes:
    - Quarter Page Advertisement in Sponsor Book
    - Listing in all local and national event announcements and program materials
    - Receipt of 2 Guest passes
    - Announcement of Sponsorship
  - There is 1 Silver Option
    - Exhibit Tabletop - $2,200 per table
